Located in Lanham, Maryland, the API Warehouse and fulfillment facility, known to our Client's as the Aerospace Facility due to our close proximity to NASA Goddard, is approximately 100,000 sq. feet. About 5 miles down the road from our Corporate Headquarters, the facility is comprised of office, warehouse, and production divisions. With numerous active bay doors, our shipping department processes hundreds and hundreds of incoming and outgoing packages a day. We are experienced in shipping locally, nationally, and internationally. Our facilities are about 5 miles outside of Washington, DC, our Nation's Capital.

We have tremendous experience developing and managing fulfillment programs and a successful track record of working with many different types of customers. The customers that we service, include International, National, and local entities.
Our experience. Our team maintains full service warehouses and fulfillment operations, which includes national and international shipping. Our 7 bay loading dock allows for bulk receiving as well as fast in and out shipping. We have long-term fulfillment programs as well as short-term project fulfillment. As one of the largest tee shirt and sports wear suppliers on the east coast, we have fulfilled tee shirts and sportswear as well as all levels of imprinted merchandise nationally and internationally for many organizations such as AARP- American Association of Retired Persons. Sherwin-Williams Corporation, Under Armour, FBLA- Future Business leaders of America, National 4-H Council, GEICO, IIABA, Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America, Discovery Channel, American Red Cross, the University of Maryland, HRC – Human Rights Campaign, and Safe Kids World Wide.

Pop-up/site Store Support
APISOURCE has experience in setting up, coordinating, and staffing onsite pop-up stores for client events and meetings. On-site store logistics include, but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate shipment of goods to event location.
Will coordinate with event organizer for space requirements.
Will provide adequate staffing based on the projected event attendance.
Will provide payment logistic items such as Cash Registers and Credit Card Machines.

Fulfillment Customer Service Hours:
8:30am – 5:00pm est. Monday through Friday.
An off hours voicemail service is in place during off hours and weekends. In addition, email, web form, and fax inquiries can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
