Artwork Requirements

• Adobe Illustrator CS3 (Preferred)
• Adobe Photoshop CS3 (Preferred)
• Corel Draw 11
• Adobe InDesign CS3

Note: Submitting artowk in other formats such as Adobe Pagemaker, QuarkXpress, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint is not suggested. There may be additional charges when submitting artwork in these formats.

Important: Vector artwork is the preferred format for all artwork. If you do not have your artwork in vector format and will be submitting raster based artwork, please make sure that your file is at least 300 DPI and sized at the actual size that it will be printed..

Submitting via Email

For large files,  in excess of 6mb, please compress files with a file compression program such as WINZIP (PC) or Stuffit (MAC) in order to compress and protect your files in transit.

Be sure to include

• Compression Type
• File Type
• Single or Multiple File Email
• Imprint Colors. Include PMS #’s for Spot colors or request, 4/C process or Digital imprint.
• Please provide a color printout and/or jpeg for reference with all orders.

File Size still to large to email?
If you file size is still too large to email after you have compressed it/them, please consider using the API FTP artwork upload service. In order to use this service you will need a username and password. Please contact your Account Executive or Customer Service Representative for more details. Submitting via Hardcopy
For a one color imprint, black and white laser copies will suffice. Make sure print out is at least 600 DPI. Xerox copies, faxes, business cards, letterhead, and other types of non-camera ready artwork may incur a clean up or recreation charge. Please check with your Account Executive or Customer Service Representative for more details.

If submitting artwork for a multiple color imprint, be sure to include registration marks and exact PMS  Color information for each separation on every print out. Be sure to include and color composite with your separations.
